Judge's Reviews

The Committee of Taj Kennel Club worked very hard to produce an excellent show and must be commended for their efforts. A truly wonderful show. We were both very pleased to have had the opportunity to judge at the Taj Kennel Club and we will long remember the experience with great fondness.
Mr. Ron Besoff and Mrs. Diana Besoff, Australia (14th Jan, 2001)

The organisation of the show gained full marks from me. Thanks mainly to tireless efforts of Mr. Malik. It felt like I was judging back in Ireland in the fog. Keep up all the good work and no doubt your show will grow bigger and better each year. I will recommend judging in Agra to all judges.
Mrs. Dolores Dineen, Ireland (Dog Show Jan 2003)

The Taj Kennel work very hard to produce a splendid show. I am particularly impressed by their promotion of the even and high level of local support. It was an honour to judge such a wonderful show and I will always have very fond memories of the experience.

I was very pleased with both the show as well hotel. I have in many countries, most of which didn't the quality of service that you have provided.
Mr. Robert LT Dawson, Philippines.(Dog Show Jan 2000)

"I almost wished I could have been showing a dog there myself  !   Let me say that the judging experience for Taj Kennel Club is one of the plum judging assignments for India, and along with the National Shows rank in my estimation as world class events. We shall never forget your arranging our VIP visit to the Taj Mahal and the Fort. My husband and my friend Jullie Fechner from Australia, who was overwhelmed at the Indian way of showing esteem. We are really touched.  The Taj Kennel Club show may continue even after you Mr. Malik as a long running tradition not only in Agra, not only in India, but as one of the very special dog shows of the world - one to be coveted by judged as "definitely one to be invited for.

I was pleased to have judged this prestigious show. Which judge will say 'no' to a show  which has a visit to the Taj Mahal thrown in ? The show committee was warm and friendly. Mr. Malik requires special mention for his great ability in handling this show while taking special care of the judges.

                                                                                                                      Mr. Philip John, Chennai

Lovers of History - historian, tourists and travelers love to pass through Agra to see the great Taj Mahal. The Dog judges are indeed very lucky lot to be invited to judge at the Taj Kennel Club. This was drean trip for me. Mr. S.P.Malik workaholic secretary leaves no stone unturned and helps every body in dog game. The show committee have a dedicated group of men . It was indeed a great show by dedicated people in the dog game.

                                                                                                                    Mrs. Leela Ratnam, Chennai

Firstly many thanks for your super hospitality and fabulous you treated Lyn, myself and Julie. We felt like royality. The facilities for the exhibitors were the best I have seen in India. I have not seen this any where in the world. You are to be commended for putting for arrangements in place. From a judges point of view your show would be a highlight in any judge's career.

                                                                                                                      Mr. Peter Watson, Australia

The show site must rank as one of the finest I have had the pleasure of working on,  not because of its a location being part of the hotel complex, but for the preparation, the exhibitor conveniences, and the excellent condition of the judging surface. "When asked by a member of the press what improvements I would make, my response was "...how can you improve on something that is already excellent.

                                                                                                                      Mr. Keven Harris, Philippines.

I was delighted to judge for the Taj KC show on 4th Feb'07. From a judges' point of view the arrangements were first class.  The Show venue was second to none - anywhere in the world. The lead show organisation was evidently very well done. Excellent show trophies were on offer. From a Judges' Aspect - my co-judge (Ma de Vega from the Philippines) and I were very impressed by the level of hospitality and the standard of accomodation. Mr. Malik is the perfect host who is well supported by his committee and family members. I must say that I would be delighted to make a return trip for this club in future.
